Workshop overview
Bullying is a common phenomenon in todays schools and playgrounds. This workshop identifies the difference between childhood conflict and bullying. It creates awareness of the different forms of bullying and addresses the specific challenges faced by our youth.
The workshop works through scenarios and helps our youth identify if they or their peers are being bullied and how to address it .

What's included?
This workshop comprises of 4 -60 minute sessions and offers a solutions-based approach and practical tools to benefit our participants. 
This live workshop works through numerous role plays, discusses the next steps, develops an antibullying plan and provides the tools and actions needed by our children anytime they face bullying.

You will improve awareness of your actions, surroundings and intentionally reflect on your actions going forward. These actions are equally important for those facing bullying as well as the vast majority of silent bystanders who have the capacity to bring about change. This workshop is also beneficial to those who may have unintentionally acted as the bully.

This workshop is beneficial for parents and guardians also to understand the world our youth are navigating and to help guide them better.  It provides a solutions-based approach to those who may be facing bullying.

Sana Farid

Sana Farid is a Conflict Transformation Practitioner. Sana has a Master’s in Peace Studies with a focus on Conflict Transformation from the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies at the University of Notre Dame, Indiana. Sana has over fifteen years of experience working with children and youth across North America.
