of emotions they experience and why they experience it.

Tweens and Teens attending the workshop will work on improving their mental and emotional wellbeing by learning to recognize emotions and their intensity. Participants will learn and realize that while their feelings and emotions are natural yet their responses can be a controllable.
Practical Tools and Strategies
The interactive, fun, solutions-based approach alongside practical tools provides children and youth with tangible strategies and tools to apply at school, in sports and at home.

Meet the instructor
Sana Farid
Sana Farid is a Conflict Transformation Practitioner. Sana has a Master’s in Peace Studies with a focus on Conflict Transformation from the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies at the University of Notre Dame, Indiana. Sana currently works with professional athletes to help reduce their stress and improve their performance both in sports and in life. Sana has over fifteen years of experience working with children and youth across North America.
