Meet the instructor

Sana Farid 

Sana Farid is a Conflict Transformation Practitioner. Sana has a Master’s in Peace Studies with a focus on Conflict Transformation from the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies at the University of Notre Dame, Indiana. Sana has worked at Catholic Relief Services in Indonesia and Georgetown University in Washington DC. She currently works with professional athletes to help reduce their stress and improve their performance both in sports and in life. She also works with organizations to help transform conflicts into opportunities. She is now focused on bringing those same learnings to Individuals and corporations.
