Social media  and the Internet are a part of life for our children and youth. This workshop creates awareness of the different forms of cyberbullying and addresses the specific challenges faced by our youth.

You will improve awareness of your actions, surroundings and intentionally reflect on your actions going forward. These actions are equally important for those facing cyberbullying as well as the vast majority of silent bystanders who have the capacity bring about change. This workshop is also beneficial to those who may have unintentionally acted as the cyberbully.

This workshop is beneficial for parents and guardians also to understand the world our youth are navigating and to help guide them better.  It follows a solutions-based approach to those who may be facing cyberbullying.

Sana Farid

Sana Farid is a Conflict Transformation Practitioner. Sana has a Master’s in Peace Studies with a focus on Conflict Transformation from the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies at the University of Notre Dame, Indiana. Sana has over fifteen years of experience working with children and youth across North America.
