Anger is a natural part of life. How we express anger matters! This fun, interactive workshop focuses on helping individuals understand what anger is, the various forms of anger and how to express it in the most constructive manner.

Individuals attending the workshop will develop a greater understanding of anger, the different anger expression styles as well as the tools needed to manage one's anger constructively. The workshop focuses on improving awareness of  actions, surroundings and intentionally reflect on one's actions going forward. The participants will also learn problem solving tools.

The workshop actually helped me explore my emotions and where they were coming from. Learning from other participants and their stories helped me understand the inner wounds and what felt right or wrong influenced by external factors. Sana Farid

Sana Farid is a Conflict Transformation Practitioner. Sana has a Master’s in Peace Studies with a focus on Conflict Transformation from the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies at the University of Notre Dame, Indiana. Sana has over fifteen years of experience working with children and youth across North America.
